Each menu below reflects typical selections for that event format. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and halal items are marked per dish. Final menus are confirmed at booking.

Corporate Catering Menu

Private Event Menu

Finger sandwiches (V, GF available), seasonal salad platters (V, VE), smoked salmon blinis (GF), chicken skewers (Halal), fruit and cheese boards.

Starter: pea and mint velouté (V, GF), smoked duck salad. Main: pan-roasted chicken (Halal), salmon fillet (GF), butternut squash wellington (V, VE).

Canapés: bruschetta (V), prawn cocktail cups (GF), halal lamb kofta, brie and cranberry filo. Bowl food: Thai noodle salad (V, VE, GF), spiced lamb rice (Halal).

Hot options: vegetable curry (V, VE, GF), roast chicken (Halal, GF), pasta bake (V). All served with appropriate allergen documentation.

Dessert: lemon posset (GF), chocolate torte (V), seasonal fruit pavlova (V, GF). Dietary variants confirmed at final menu sign-off.

Buffet format or plated service available. All dietary requirements documented and confirmed in writing before the event date.

Event Packages: What Is Included

Each package below defines scope, staffing, equipment, and service duration. Confirmed scope and cost are returned before any deposit is requested.

Staffing: one supervisor and one server per 25 guests. Equipment: all crockery, glassware, linen, and serving stations provided.

Corporate Day Package

Setup from 7:00 AM. Full clear-down and space restoration included. Dietary variants confirmed in writing seven days prior.

Suitable for 20–200 delegates. Includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, working lunch, and afternoon tea service.

Pricing: quoted per head based on confirmed headcount, menu selection, and venue access requirements. No day-of extras.

Staffing: dedicated event manager, front-of-house team, and kitchen crew scaled to headcount. Full uniform, briefed to your run-of-show.

Event Dining Package

Equipment: portable kitchen, chafing stations, bar setup, and all tableware. Venue-specific logistics confirmed at pre-event site visit.

Suitable for 30–800 guests. Covers weddings, private dinners, product launches, and awards evenings. Buffet or seated service.

Service duration: up to six hours inclusive of setup and breakdown. Extended hours available at agreed rate, documented before the day.
